They contacted me by WhatsApp. I showed them the type of latch & helpline assured me they have. So helpline got me an appointment the following Monday. The technician came on time and very promptly removed the damaged latches and replaced them with new ones. Very professional and fast. It was $150 - all inclusive. Very fair pricing and they invoice you after work is done. Plus the technician also explained to me how to prevent damage to the latches. They were able to remove each panel in a matter of a few minutes and began working on the rollers. They sprayed lubricant and made sure everything was screwed in properly before installing the panels back on the track. The technicians also made sure all the locking mechanisms were working properly and even adjusted 2 of them. I was very impressed with their commitment to their work and cleaned up well after they finished. As a handicapped person in a wheelchair. My HDB main fireproof door that appears to have sagged (for years) went from only able to open 45 degrees to 180 degrees! AS handyman (Wei Chong) was patient and thorough to check the problem and realigned my door by tightening the door hinge screws however leading to a new issue of not able to open and close door properly and smoothly. As AS is only prepared to fix the door hinge screws issue, we had to choose between getting used to open/close door needing more care (had to push forward the door in order to close/open well) to accepting door only able to open at 45 degrees. I did check few quotation around but this company replied the fastest with the transparent price (Door alignment xx and (if required roller change xx)) I had problem with my sliding door (pocket door) as it couldn’t slide properly and couldn’t close the door. Thought must break the wall to fix the door. Apparently the wood frame can be removed without spoiling the wall and now the door works perfectly. Technician Weilun did inform me the original door is slightly bent already but he tried his best to align (without changing the roller) and it works well now. Jasa10 September 2023Have contacted Affordable Services Pte Ltd to repair the swing and slide toilet door catcher at the top due to wear and tear after 8 years and cannot close door properly. Have earlier approached a few companies to assist in repair but all advised to get a new toilet door instead. The receptionist was very helpful and arrange for a repair this afternoon at a competitive price. The repair took about ten minutes and now the door is as good as new and is able to close properly. Thank you for the team for saving the day and salvaging the toilet door otherwise will be another expensive purchase for a new toilet door.
