Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I would like to compliment your handyman who came to repair my sliding glass door last Saturday. My kitchen sliding glass door was giving a rusty and cranky sound while opening/closing, he came and carefully inspected the problems, he also give me some advice on how to maintain the door. The price charge was reasonable to me comparing to have the whole sliding glass door change.
(Sliding roller changed and alignment was done)

My balcony sliding door latches were damaged after years of use. On Friday, based on google review, I contacted them. They contacted me by WhatsApp. I showed them the type of latch & helpline assured me they have. So helpline got me an appointment the following Monday. The technician came on time and very promptly removed the damaged latches and replaced them with new ones. Very professional and fast. It was $150 - all inclusive. Very fair pricing and they invoice you after work is done. Plus the technician also explained to me how to prevent damage to the latches. They do all sorts of other repairs and I will contact them again when the need arises.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. One of the panels of my glass sliding door in the living room was squeaky when you slide it open or shut. As it was almost 30 years old, they could not find any similar rollers for replacement. Instead, the technicians did some servicing and lubrication, and the panels are all sliding very smoothly now.

The 2 technicians were very nice, polite and professional in doing their job. They were able to remove each panel in a matter of a few minutes and began working on the rollers. They sprayed lubricant and made sure everything was screwed in properly before installing the panels back on the track. The technicians also made sure all the locking mechanisms were working properly and even adjusted 2 of them. I was very impressed with their commitment to their work and cleaned up well after they finished. As a handicapped person in a wheelchair. I appreciate all their attention to detail and placed everything back to the way it was before leaving. If you need a door repair company i would recommend their services 100%. Thanks again!!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The technician was good and fixed my wardrobe. However, for the second wardrobe, he only tightened two screws but still charged me 100 SGD, which I feel is expensive.

Other than that, overall, the service was good.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Very professional service. I reached out to both this and LS repair to fix my pocket sliding door, their customer service is really prompt and professional (LS stopped replying me after I asked some additional questions). On the appointment date, technician Wei Zhong was extremely punctual. He carefully explained which part he was going to dissemble and how he would proceed. After he fixed the door and re-applied the silicone, I asked him to check out two more minor door issues in the house, and he quickly gave a quote on the spot. Fixed another one on the same day. Extremely satisfied and will recommend to my acquaintances.

Called customer service who failed to pick up at first, however was prompt to follow up with me on whatsapp thereafter to arrange for AS to come down a day after. My HDB main fireproof door that appears to have sagged (for years) went from only able to open 45 degrees to 180 degrees! AS handyman (Wei Chong) was patient and thorough to check the problem and realigned my door by tightening the door hinge screws however leading to a new issue of not able to open and close door properly and smoothly. As AS is only prepared to fix the door hinge screws issue, we had to choose between getting used to open/close door needing more care (had to push forward the door in order to close/open well) to accepting door only able to open at 45 degrees. Our family choose the former.

Happy with the service. Fast and friendly replies on whatsapp when enquiry, reasonable and transparent price, 2 technician are professional, friendly and the fix is quick, with one month warranty, pay by paynow per company invoice. I did check few quotation around but this company replied the fastest with the transparent price (Door alignment xx and (if required roller change xx))

I had problem with my sliding door (pocket door) as it couldn’t slide properly and couldn’t close the door. Thought must break the wall to fix the door. Apparently the wood frame can be removed without spoiling the wall and now the door works perfectly. Technician Weilun did inform me the original door is slightly bent already but he tried his best to align (without changing the roller) and it works well now.

Will use their service again if required in future

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I engaged Joydom to replace my toilet timber door frame that has rotted due to prolonged contact with water. Technician was highly experienced and provided a much simpler, cheaper and faster solution to the original plan of installing a new door but instead we managed to re-use the existing door that was only installed 1 year ago. Technician was also accommodating to my small little requests due to my OCD. Highly recommended.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Have contacted Affordable Services Pte Ltd to repair the swing and slide toilet door catcher at the top due to wear and tear after 8 years and cannot close door properly. Have earlier approached a few companies to assist in repair but all advised to get a new toilet door instead.

The receptionist was very helpful and arrange for a repair this afternoon at a competitive price. The repair took about ten minutes and now the door is as good as new and is able to close properly. Thank you for the team for saving the day and salvaging the toilet door otherwise will be another expensive purchase for a new toilet door.

You had resolved this issue even though most companies were sceptical to repair door.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The main door couldn't close properly as the door closer was faulty and the door alignment was " out".
I googled
"door closer repair" and contacted Affordable Services.
They responded promptly, enquired about the problem and shared price quotes about the respective scenarios ie if it was the alignment of the door that needed fixing or the door closer needed replacement.
Upon agreement of the pricing, an appointment to have the door fixed, was set up.
Peter lam, the technician who came to fix the door was very thorough, professional and experienced.

Thank you Miko, Peter and Affordable Services for your kind assistance and excellent service.

Well done, team.

Peggy Nicholas.

Thank you Miko for kindly acting so promptly to arrange for help with our pocket door repair. Weilun and his team did a fantastic job. The door was repaired very skillfully. They remove one side of the door frame to access the roller and repair the loose nut. Then they put back the door frame very nicely. We are particular customers and I must say their installation was reasonably seamless. Silicone applied very neatly.

Thumb up and we are glad we meet the right team. Thank you.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently had my door fixed by this fantastic team, and I am incredibly impressed with their service! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and efficient.

Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy, and the team arrived promptly on the day of the service. They were able to quickly detect the issue with my door and fixed it in a short amount of time. Their expertise and skill truly set them apart from other handyman services I've used in the past, where I needed multiple visits to address the same issue.

What stood out the most, however, was the team's consideration and thoughtfulness. They knew my little one was afraid of loud noises and went above and beyond to work as silently as possible when using the drills. Their effort to make the repair process less stressful for my child is greatly appreciated.

I am extremely grateful for the outstanding service provided by this team and highly recommend them to anyone in need of door repairs or other handyman services. They are not only skilled and efficient but also genuinely care about their customers' well-being.
